TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All goods remain the property of Nelson Potter Ltd & Nelson Potter (Dodnash) Ltd. until full payment is made.
2. We reserve the right to make any amendments regarding specification and price at any time.
3. Nelson Potter Ltd. & Nelson Potter (Dodnash) Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any shrinking, cracks or twisting that may occur to any of our products.
4. If payment is not made, in full, at time of delivery we reserve the right to refuse leaving any goods.
5. Quantities of all materials must be checked at the time of delivery - should any items be missing or damaged, please inform the driver or notify the office within three working days.
6. Delivery will be made as near as possible to the site. We reserve the right to deliver kerb side (should access be restricted) or at a distance of greater than 25metres from the drop site should it be necessary.
