Limited service update 24 Feb 2021

We are pleased to announce that we are now open under a limited service at both sites, Please read the below in order to understand our operating procedures as of 24th February.

 

Purchase options:

Orders for Delivery:

We are currently running a lead time of approx 7 working days for delivery from date order submission

1, Internet orders

Please submit your order online and a member of sales contact you to arrange payment and delivery date

We are extremely busy and it may take up to two working days to process your order and to make contact ( this will not delay delivery), we will endeavour to process your order and make contact as swiftly as we are able.

2, Telephone orders:

Please contact us to place your order, At time of order we will NOT be able to advise a delivery date, Your order will be scheduled for delivery by our staff and we will contact you to advise our proposed delivery date.

Please be aware that we have limited staff working at present and our phone lines are very busy.

(Delivery will be made within the hours of 8.30 until 4pm – but we cannot specify delivery time).

Please note that all deliveries are Kerb side, Non-contact deliveries only. (Receipt invoices will be emailed at time of order)

 

Orders for Click and Collect:

1, Internet orders

Please submit your order online and a member of sales contact you to arrange payment and advise a collection date and time.

We are extremely busy and it may take up to one working day to process your order and to make contact, we will endeavour to process your order and make contact as swiftly as we are able.

2, Telephone orders:

Please contact us to place your order, Payment will be taken at time of order and we will arrange a collection date and time.

All collections:

Please report to our sales yard entrance and a member of staff will advise on your collection bay. We would request that social distancing measures are maintained and face coverings are worn whilst on site.

 

We do appreciate your understanding over this difficult time we understand that it may be frustrating that we cannot offer the trading service which you may be use to with us, but please be assured that we are doing our very best to supply as quickly as we are able over this time.
